Rajiv Jaiswal’s career spanned for 27 years in the Corporate world where he was responsible for creating Business strategy for growth. During this period, he has handled many functions such as sales, marketing, distribution, brand creation, implementation and communications. His last assignment was as a CEO of the Company, before he left corporate world in 2008.
Over the last 10 years he has been a Consultant, Mentor and a Business Coach. He has been coaching and training businesses on setting up the right business processes that stimulate growth and sales. He also assists in improving selling skills of internal teams and channel partners. In addition to consulting, he has conducted several workshops for his clients on Consultative Selling, Negotiation Skills, Need Identification, Goal Setting, Delegation and Business Review and many others.
He is an Engineering Graduate from the renowned Benares Hindu University – Institute of Technology (BHU-IT) with specialization in Metallurgy and a Master’s in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, specializing in Marketing.
Through an active, focused and diverse career spanning almost 30 years, Rajiv has established working relationships with a wide variety of professionals and service organizations representing virtually all activities of the marketing mix. He has worked in companies like HCL, Usha Microporcess, Escorts, Sheela Foam (Sleepwell), Acme Telepower, amongst others.
